Adding an item to your cart, DOES NOT reserve the item. An item can sell out while in your cart. If you have a variety your heart is set on, purchase the variety, check out, and come back to the sale. This is the only way to ensure the purchase.
We will do our best to combine shipping for multiple orders and refund the cost. In order to do this, the addresses/payment/names should be the same for multiple orders so we can verify the purchaser and refund.

We use USPS as our carrier and ship Priority Flat Rate, which guarantees delivery within 1-3 business days on average. Shipping costs are by item:
1-4 Tubers $12
5-20 Tubers $18
21 or more $26
Sales tax for Massachusetts is 6.25% on all purchases.

Because tubers are temperature-sensitive, we ship in the spring. Typically orders begin to ship in early April.
Tubers may be planted out after your historic last frost date.

We guarantee our tubers will be viable and ready to grow! Each tuber will have a body, crown, visible eye (growth point), and be larger than a AA battery.
While we strive for your satisfaction, we cannot be held responsible for extreme weather, unforeseen damages, or neglect. Please reach out within 2 weeks of purchase if you are not satisfied. After this time, we’re unable to extend our guarantee.
